Regional Working Groups Sacramento Peninsula/South-bay

CIPL regional working groups are designed to help fulfill CIPL's mission by educating local congregations, responding to local energy concerns, and developing locally specific programs. These groups perform outreach and awareness efforts, and serve as a local CIPL resource for congregations.

Regional working groups are composed of local religious leaders and representatives from local denominational and interfaith organizations. Working Groups provide a forum for engaging local leaders and religious organizations in CIPL issues. Working groups engage in coalition-type relationships with other local and regional organizations to help in our outreach efforts in the interfaith community. Regional working groups also work with local utilities to provide updated information to CIPL members concerning energy efficiency and rebate programs.

CIPL currently has working groups in Sacramento, and the Peninsula/South Bay. If you are interested in joining a working group or would like to start one in your area, please contact us at (415) 391-4214 or via e-mail to jessica@interfaithpower.org.
