AutoCell Compact Fluorescent
Light Bulb Program
Utility Company Rebate Program
Solar Financing Guide

CIPL offers congregational fundraising programs that also provide energy conservation and environmental stewardship educational opportunities for use with your members. Additionally, we have links below to the rebates and incentives currently being offered by utility companies in California, and a Solar Financing Guide to help your congregation learn about solar energy, and how to finance a solar system for your congregation's rooftop.

CIPL has forged an agreement with AutoCell Electronics to offer discounted Compact Fluorescent Lightbulbs to CIPL members. A portion of the sales will be donated to CIPL. Please click here for more information.

Utility companies offer rebates and incentives (congregations are usually categorized as small businesses) for energy efficiency improvements such as installing compact fluorescent light bulbs, lighting sensors, new appliances or solar panels. Many also offer free energy audits to congregations. Most utilities also offer low-income energy assistance; please contact them for specific program details. Some cities are also offering energy efficiency rebate programs that are usually available to congregations. Please click here to explore the programs that are currently available in your area.
