CIPL has forged an agreement with AutoCell
Electronics to offer discounted Compact Fluorescent Lightbulbs
to CIPL members. A portion of the sales will be donated to
CIPL.
All CFLs are EnergyStar approved. 11-20 watt CFLs have a 12,000
hour lifetime. 25 watt CFLs have a 10,000 hour lifetime.
When substituting CFL bulbs for
incandescent, use 4:1 wattage equivalence: for example, substitute
a 13W - 16W CFL for a 60W incandescent. Use a higher wattage
for brighter lighting.

New-
T-5 lighting:
T-5 lighting is the newest technology and most energy
efficient fluorescent lighting on the market. CIPL members
can benefit by replacing their old T-8 and T-12 lighting
fixtures with T-5 lights and fixtures which are brighter
and last longer. T-5's can also be installed in new church
constructions. These lights are replacements for overhead
fluorescent lighting which can be used in church offices
and any other rooms. |
