Member Survey
California Interfaith Power and Light 2007 Annual Report

Your participation in this survey will help us calculate how much energy CIPL members, through our collective efforts, have saved in 2007.  We will publish our calculations in an annual report that will be published on our website and shared with the media.  Respondents to the 2006 survey showed that CIPL members prevented 5,586,563 poundsof CO2 from being released, equivalent to planting 761 acres of trees, and saved over $344,000 in energy costs.

Please fill out as much as you can.  It is okay if you are unable to answer every question. You may fax your completed survey to 415-561-4892, or email it to jessica@interfaithpower.org, or you may fill out the online survey form at www.interfaithpower.org. Thank you for taking action to address climate change.

Please return the survey by April 30th, 2008.
